Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Food Service experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
