Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Bocar US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring devices to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in a maintenance technician role in a manufacturing operation capacity.
  • Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems on production machinery.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including diagrams and schematics.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
