Position Purpose:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for securing new business and growing revenue and profitability in assigned geographic areas by selling Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance Services (OSHA/HIPAA) solutions. You will call on non-acute healthcare facilities to schedule on-site appointments and demonstrate our capabilities in Compliance. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging face-to-face interactions to grow business over time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging face-to-face interactions to grow business over time
* Sell Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance Services (OSHA/HIPAA) solutions to new and existing customers

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of field/outside sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
* Strong prospecting and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and internet/social media
* Results-oriented with a sense of urgency, motivated by success
