Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at DVA Consulting.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, benefits, and paid vacation. As a heavy equipment technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems on heavy construction/mining equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of heavy equipment systems and repair techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems on heavy construction/mining equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and other scheduled maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems and repair techniques
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer-based diagnostic tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Good attendance record and ability to work independently

Benefits:
