Job Description

CareOne at Millbury is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to residents in long term care settings.

About the Job

As an Occupational Therapist with CareOne at Millbury, you will be responsible for evaluating residents' needs and developing effective treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure seamless care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of operations. Experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessments, goal setting, and interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Document resident progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote the facility and its services
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current and active Occupational Therapist license within the state of operations
  • Experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation (preferred)
  • Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings (preferred)
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
