Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Quaker Steak & Lube - Corporate is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily front-of-house operations of our restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring great food and service is delivered to our guests, and managing all front-of-house employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and steps of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Oversee the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant at all times
  • Enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines
  • Manage and practice safe food-handling procedures
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
