About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI2NE Senior Network Engineer Lead to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of RDMA clusters for AI, ML, and HPC workloads
  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to optimize cluster architecture and performance
  • Conduct cutting-edge research to understand the evolving landscape of AI and ML, and apply the findings to the development of RDMA clusters
  • Develop and maintain rigorous testing procedures to ensure the stability, reliability, and compatibility of RDMA clusters
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert guidance on RDMA cluster configuration, deployment, and optimization
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on RDMA clusters
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML, and HPC workloads, and the ability to design and implement optimized solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $87,000 and $178,200 per annum, depending on experience.
