Job Description

The Senior Physical Therapy Specialist will be responsible for assessing patients and developing treatment plans based on evaluation results. They will review physician referrals and medical records to determine the required physical therapy treatment. The specialist will provide direct patient care, document findings, and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program. You should also have a current state of Michigan license and CPR certification. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and basic PC skills and knowledge, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Database software, and MS Office, are required.
