Document Management Specialist

Access TCA is seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist - Records Destruction to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the secure destruction of confidential documents and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Prepare recycling bins and boxes for shredding, sorting materials by grade and discarding rubbish
- Operate shredding machines to destroy confidential documents
- Prepare shredded documents for delivery to a recycling vendor
- Assist in loading and unloading company vehicles
- Participate in transportation activities, interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Forklift and/or pick lift certification an asset
- Competitive hourly rate of $21.50/hour
