Therapeutic Massage Practitioner Opportunity

At Hand & Stone - FGG Spas, we are committed to providing exceptional massage therapy experiences for our valued members and guests. As a Therapeutic Massage Practitioner, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base service rate ranging from $20-$25 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. Additionally, you will benefit from an uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance. Tips are paid out the same day, and you can earn average tips ranging from 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. Our top performers typically earn an additional $6-$9 per hour from upgrades. With our competitive base rate and uncapped commission structure, our full-time high performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000, depending on individual performance (based on 30 service hours/week). Our part-time high performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $33,000 to $44,000, depending on individual performance (based on 15 service hours/week).
Job Description
As a Therapeutic Massage Practitioner at Hand & Stone - FGG Spas, you will be responsible for creating customized massage therapy sessions based on each individual guest's needs. You will work with a focus on educating members and guests about progressive treatment options and advanced modalities, including our Signature Hot Stone Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, and more, to create a long-term wellness plan.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Massage Therapy license and adherence to state/county licensing laws and regulations
- Carry your own liability insurance or obtain liability insurance prior to your first day of training
- Create a world-class client experience through a friendly and helpful attitude
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a core understanding and belief in the healing benefits of anatomy, massage therapy, and bodywork. You should also be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills.
