Job Description:
As an Industrial Baker at Wesco, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods following recipes. You will work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50lbs. Your ability to multitask and make decisions quickly will be essential in meeting production demands.

Estimated Salary Range:$40,000 - $55,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must have good manual dexterity
  • Must be able to work in extreme cold and heat
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to tolerate repetitive tasks
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
