Job Title: District Marketing Manager

At Guild Mortgage Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee district marketing training initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Loan Officers.
  • Design and implement new marketing programs to achieve business objectives, working closely with the Corporate Marketing Department and third-party designers.
  • Manage and maintain centralized district web pages for recruiting and networking purposes, ensuring timely updates and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide marketing tips, training videos, and daily communication to support district operations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of district marketing initiatives and identify areas for process improvements and re-engineering to increase efficiencies and productivity.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of various marketing initiatives and establish accountability structures for stakeholders.
  • Manage district marketing tools and ensure timely correspondence, including theme days, Homebot, Bombbomb, SMS texting, engage emails, closing gifts, and birthdays.
  • Support the Guild Giving Program and facilitate marketing training programs for Loan Officers, including growth and engagement strategies.
  • Participate in the recruiting and onboarding process for new team members and provide coaching and direction to the team in resolving escalated issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in marketing roles, with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred, as well as prior experience in real estate or the mortgage industry.
  • Proficiency in data entry, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Working Conditions:

This is a sedentary role, with occasional walking and/or standing. The ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation is required.
