Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in our 3T Telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients based on comprehensive assessments and nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement plans of care that promote patient safety and well-being.
  • Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel and ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and unit activities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and services.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas.
  • BLS certification.
  • Unit-specific competencies obtained within six months of hire.
