About the Role

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cryptologic Computer Scientist Level 2 to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing cryptographic algorithms and computer systems that meet the highest standards of security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cryptographic algorithms and protocols for secure data transmission and storage.
  • Develop and maintain computer systems that meet the highest standards of security and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cryptography and computer systems research.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and access development, particularly NESCAA.
  • Experience with access discovery and enablement techniques.
  • Comfortable working with XKS and DX.
  • Experience in automation and scripting using Python.
  • Skilled in creating Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Familiarity with C++.
