Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse at Coastal Palms Nursing & Rehabilitation in Portland, TX.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care. As an LVN Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in maintaining a supportive environment and promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Current Texas LVN license or Compact Party State LVN/LPN license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience in nursing care and charge nurse responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
