Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:

This part-time position requires 24 hours of work per week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promote patient education, and ensure seamless transitions throughout the care continuum.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate transitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
