Career as an Autism Therapy Assistant

This role is one of the most important within our organization. As an Autism Therapy Assistant, you will work one-on-one with individuals on the autism spectrum to implement their individualized program. You will use ABA techniques to help them learn new skills, including social, communication, vocational, and life skills.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A passion for helping others, patience, and kindness.
  • Dependable and responsible, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and other staff members.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
  • RBT certification, which we will cover the cost of and support you in attaining.
