About the Role:

The Diabetic Eye Medical Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with retina specialists and other customer accounts in the assigned territory to grow revenues and consistently deliver product goals.

The primary focus of this role will be on the approved indications suffered by diabetic patients as it relates to conditions of the eye.

The successful candidate will provide technical and clinical product knowledge and support, and effectively utilize Regeneron marketing and operations resources to enhance productivity and provide optimal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with retina specialists and other customer accounts in the assigned territory
  • Provide technical and clinical product knowledge and support
  • Utilize Regeneron marketing and operations resources to enhance productivity and provide optimal customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in science or business (masters degree a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
  • Buy and Bill experience
  • Ophthalmology with relevant retina experience is preferred
  • Ability to travel (40%)
