Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Gynecologic Oncology Physician to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gynecologic oncologic care, including chemotherapy, surgery, and management of complex clinical cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct gynecologic oncologic care, including chemotherapy, surgery, and management of complex clinical cases
  • Gynecologic surgical care, including minimally invasive techniques
  • Support and consultation to general OBGYN physicians, including difficult benign gynecologic surgical cases
  • Experience in radiotherapy for gynecologic malignancies
  • Supervision and teaching to residents and medical students
  • Ambulatory and inpatient duties

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Gynecology Oncology
  • Cultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population a must

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Base Salary: $330,000* (board eligible); $340,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week
  • Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours
  • Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $67,600***
  • Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets
