Salary and Benefits

The generous compensation package includes a competitive per diem rate with a production bonus program, investment opportunity yielding a long-term wealth building vehicle, residency stipend (if applicable), relocation assistance (if needed), attractive sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, long & short-term disability and 401(k). Malpractice insurance is also provided.

Job Description

This is an open-to-all-experience opportunity with a growth/leadership mindset. The successful candidate will work full-time (4 days per week) and have a DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program, certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program, and current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Texas.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve practice goals and objectives
