Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a SNF / LTC setting.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing patient needs, planning and evaluating care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions
  • Establishing and administering a treatment program with specific goals determined according to patient capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician
  • Documenting and recording patient condition and educating patients and families in an appropriate occupational therapy method

Requirements include:

  • Graduation from an accredited school
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
