About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team at Brookdale Lake Highlands. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
  • Assist in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers and provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
  • Licensed LVN/LPN or RN required
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
  • LPN or LVN license
