Project Management Career Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects across 20 licensed states. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
About the Role
The Commercial Project Manager will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. This includes negotiating contracts with external vendors and managing relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for coordinating with on-site superintendents to plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements and Skills
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial retail construction project management, specifically related to restaurant construction. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Familiarity with software such as Sage 100 and Procore is an asset.
