Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Dialysis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our dialysis program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on dialysis-related topics.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to dialysis care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nephrology nursing, preferably in a dialysis setting.
  • Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees.
  • Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Meet all conditions of employment, including Ishihara's Color Blindness Test.
