About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing situations. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and services that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living skills and personal tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Provide transportation to appointments and activities as needed, using a valid Arkansas driver's license
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to Medicaid guidelines and FCC protocols
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring high-quality services and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • The ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods
