The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric care and management, with experience working in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You'll be responsible for coordinating responses to care incidents, supporting nursing staff, and delivering direct patient care when needed. About the Role:- Lead the day-to-day operations of our behavioral health unit
- Oversee the provision of care and ensure that our patients receive the highest level of service possible
- Coordinate responses to care incidents and support nursing staff as needed
- Deliver direct patient care when necessary
- A competitive salary of $**$83,500 - $108,000 per year**
