The Role

We are seeking an experienced Class A Driver to join our logistics team. As a Class A Driver, you will be responsible for delivering our largest inventory to customers on semi-trucks or between nurseries.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Performing pre and post-trip inspections on Company trucks and reporting any mechanical issues
  2. Checking fluids and adding fuel as needed
  3. Attaching and detaching loaded trailers from semi-trucks
  4. Maintaining the security and integrity of loads during transport
  5. Providing excellent customer service and communicating estimated arrival times with customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Class A driver's license
  • The ability to operate delivery trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and remain stationary for extended periods
