Job Overview:

The Safety Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety of our construction project sites. This salaried position requires a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective measures
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety plans
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics and performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Completed OSHA 30 construction site safety training
  • Minimum 3 years of safety experience in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
