About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Catalyst to join our team at Obviously AI. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO and sales team to develop and execute campaigns that engage and convert our target audience. You'll also collaborate with contract workers like content writers, designers, etc. to create compelling conversion-focused marketing assets that inspire our audience.

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the idea of solving different challenges every day. You should be comfortable communicating complex ideas in simple terms and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement A/B tests to rapidly validate your ideas by running ads, social campaigns, email campaigns, and optimizing landing pages.
  • Build detailed analytics and user workflow pipelines via Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc. to analyze and improve performance of your campaigns.
  • Creatively come up with new growth opportunities and explore unconventional ways to grow the top of the funnel, including but not limited to trying new channels.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.
  • Strong experience with running paid ads on Google Search, Google Display, Twitter, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience managing or working with contract workers across different time zones.
  • Strong experience creating concise, clear briefs for writers, designers, and other team members.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other growth-focused tactics.
