Nursing Leader for Skilled Care

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Leader to join our team at Ambe Healthcare Staffing. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the achievement of organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
About the Role
The Charge Nurse coordinates and directs total nursing care for an assigned group of residents/patients during a given period of duty. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident/patient care. You will work collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient/resident team members to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the nursing team to achieve quality care standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident/patient care to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in patient/resident and family teaching to promote health education.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by facility policies.
Requirements
- Active State of Maine or Compact RN license.
- 3 years minimum nursing experience.
- BLS certification required.
- 2-year College (Associates Degree).
