Real Estate Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support for our Real Estate Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of administrative tasks, including phone support, data entry, and correspondence preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including tenant and vendor information.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and vendors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in administrative support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
