Critical Role in Company Success

The Inside Salesperson will create and sustain valuable customer relationships. This individual will be responsible for prospecting clients, fielding incoming calls, converting calls to sales, and working with clients to address their needs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Achieve sales and gross margin budget
  • Develop and execute a business plan
  • Develop new business
  • Execute the company sales process
  • Manage relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience in a building materials or construction-related industry
  • Knowledge of various product lines and procedures, capable and comfortable quoting prices and presenting sales products
  • Excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills, with a strong team player attitude
  • Maintain and enhance positive customer relations
  • Organized, attentive to details, with good math skills and knowledge of building materials such as lumber
  • Good computer experience using MS Office products and the ability to quickly pick up proprietary software
