Metropolitan Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Valet Park Attendant to join our team at Lakeland Hospital. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our valet services.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $12.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. As a Valet Park Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating vehicles safely and courteously, adhering to all traffic regulations
  • Providing professional and helpful assistance to patients, visitors, and colleagues
  • Greeting and welcoming patients/visitors, utilizing proper protocols
  • Assisting with loading and unloading belongings, offering directions as needed
  • Evaluating vehicle damage before use and documenting findings
  • Recording parking space locations and ticket numbers
  • Explaining parking rates and retrieval procedures to patients and visitors
  • Reporting accidents promptly to management or Lane Captain
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of driving experience
  • A valid driver's license with no restrictions and a recent driving record
  • Basic math skills for handling American currency and understanding time-based rates
  • The ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions
  • Fluent English language skills for reading, writing, and speaking
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • A passing background and drug screening
