Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $150,000.00 to $200,000.00, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

This Advanced Neurology Care Specialist will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support for individuals with neurological conditions.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education and support.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Provide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize patient care delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • 6 months of experience in long-term care.
  • A DEA license.
  • A Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Experience in neurology.
