Job Summary

The Medical Support Specialist will be responsible for determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, and reviewing laboratory test results. You will work under the guidance of the Center Manager and Center Physician, following established regulations and guidelines.

  • Donor Eligibility: Determine donor suitability based on medical history, physical examination, and laboratory test results.
  • Adverse Events: Manage donor reactions and follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies.
  • Laboratory Test Results: Review test results and notify donors of unsuitable results.
About You

We're looking for highly motivated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid EMT-Paramedic license in the state where responsibilities will be assigned.
  • CPR and AED certification.
  • Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
  • Satisfactory completion of FDA-approved training requirements.
  • Two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
