Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified ESE/ESOL Professor to join our team at THE SEED SCHOOL OF MIAMI. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic, social, and behavioral support to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to guide student instruction
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to provide inclusive instruction
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure student success
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Special Education or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in urban education
  • ESOL endorsement or certification
  • Highly Qualified status in Florida
