Clinical Nurse Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance to operational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance, consultation, training, and leadership to nursing staff.
  • Participate in program development and implementation of operational policy and procedure.
  • Determine staffing levels and assignments based on census, acuity, and staff availability.
  • Coordinate daily patient care activities and monitor staff performance.


Requirements:
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Associate's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience.
