About the Role

This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and equipment within our warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of inventory levels across multiple locations.
  • Process orders efficiently, utilizing ERP/MRP systems to optimize inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies or stockroom organization.

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintaining inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinating the repair and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and tools.
  • Implementing procedures to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely delivery, and reduced errors.

You will work closely with various teams to achieve our business objectives, including:

Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  • Working closely with sales, customer service, and procurement teams to address inquiries, process orders, and manage inventory.
  • Collaborating with the purchasing department to source materials and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
