About the Role
  • Support clients in thinking through key issues and problems and technology solutions
  • Manage end-to-end solution delivery across the SDLC leveraging Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and ZS team decision-making;
  • Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations
  • Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects;
  • Provide client and ZS teams project status updates
  • Create project deliverables and implement solutions
  • Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities
  • Guide and mentor Associates on teams

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in technology or quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, computer science, business analytics, or engineering
  • 5-10 years of relevant supply chain management experience. A PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience
  • Seeking candidate with knowledge in core technologies: SCADA, LIMS, QMS, IOT, MES
  • Combination of manufacturing data and domain knowledge (design, development, analytics)
  • Understanding of digital transformation - led digital transformation programs
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence
  • Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
  • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams

Additional Skills
  • Strong client presence
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing technical concepts to all audiences
  • Ability to manage a virtual global team environment that contributes to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) technologies
  • Experience with analyzing and troubleshooting the interaction between databases, operating systems, and applications
  • Business Intelligence solution design and implementation experience using technologies like Tableau
  • Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, architectural design, dimensional modeling (Star schema), ETL and data migration
  • Experience with the selling process including creating business cases, writing proposals and giving product demos
  • Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills
  • Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
