About the Role

This full-time position is available at our Rapid City, SD location. We offer a competitive salary range of $32.00 - 48.00 per hour, with a base salary of approximately $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

This RN role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide professional nursing services to patients in their homes. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as documentation of human responses to actual or potential health problems.

As a key member of our inter-professional team, you'll collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care. You'll also be responsible for implementing the nursing process, coordinating and continuum of care, patient/resident assessment, patient/resident education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.

Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
  • A minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred
  • An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
  • Ongoing competency and certification requirements may apply
