Position Summary

The Cleaning Operations Manager oversees the activities of room attendants and sanitation personnel, ensuring that all operational standards are met and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest accommodations and communal areas to guarantee adherence to cleanliness, upkeep, safety, and security protocols.
  • Execute managerial duties including recruitment, training, supervising staff, and addressing performance-related concerns.
  • Interpret various documents, generate reports, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Utilize mathematical skills for calculations and problem-solving as needed.
  • Assist in creating staff schedules in alignment with labor guidelines and projected occupancy levels.

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting, reaching, and utilizing hands and arms.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Possess specific visual abilities, including close and color vision.

Education & Experience

A degree from a college or technical institution in a related field, along with relevant experience or training.
