Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Mohawk Industries, Inc.
Job Summary:The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned territory. This includes conducting sales calls, preparing sales reports, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly sales calls to existing and potential customers to promote Dal-Tile products and services.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management, highlighting key sales metrics and market trends.
- Develop and execute a monthly sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Conduct area market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
- Utilize negotiation and influence skills to sell and/or place displays in customer showrooms.
- Establish and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up and communication.
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers through seminars and demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
- High school diploma and some college highly preferred.
- 4 years prior selling experience.
- Proven ability to work in an unstructured, unsupervised environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills.
