Home Services Assistant Job Summary:

Mutha's Helpers Home Services LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Home Services Assistant to provide exceptional cleaning and organization services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas, wash dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans, wipe and dust surfaces, vacuum and clean floors, rugs, and furniture, remove and replace linens, bedspreads, and blankets, and empty trash containers.
  • Organizing: Declutter and downsize client's personal items, provide superior client service, assist clients to determine which belongings to keep, donate, or discard, professionally pack all items, and assist with unpacking and getting clients settled in their new home.

Requirements:

  • 18+
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift, and pull
