Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents by collaborating with healthcare providers and the interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families
- Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice
- Monitor resident clinical and care conditions to identify any changes in status and take appropriate action
- Work collaboratively with care associates to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
- Develop and coordinate comprehensive holistic plans of care to meet resident clinical and care needs
- Support resident preferences, routines, and choices in electronic medical records
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation

- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
- Passion for caring for seniors
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- CPR certification required
