Membership Coordinator

The Membership Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the safety and security of Club members. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the front desk, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide quality customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage financial transactions, including processing payments and preparing end-of-day reports.
• Maintain accurate records, including member information and attendance data.
• Support administrative tasks, including correspondence and report preparation.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in a service or non-profit organization, focusing on administrative functions and customer service.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
