Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep up with the pace of production while meeting quality standards
  • Conduct job-related tasks that may include, but are not limited to, using hand tools, knives, pallet jacks, and other machinery
  • Maintain good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Have a positive attitude while upholding a culture of mutual respect for all
  • Complete any assigned tasks and/or projects as needed
Requirements:
  • The ability to work in a cold environment (degrees)
  • The ability to stand for 10 or more hours per shift
  • The ability to work with and handle raw meat
  • The ability to uphold safe food processing standards
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work any shift preferred
