Dishware Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishware Specialist to join our team at Outback Steakhouse. As a key member of our back-of-house staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishes and small wares.

• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils
• Practice food safety and sanitation standards
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift
• General cleaning of the restaurant

• 1+ year BOH experience in full-service restaurant preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Team player
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
