We are seeking a highly skilled RN Manager PreOp PACU FT Days to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and leadership abilities to drive exceptional patient care and outcomes.
About the Role
The RN Manager PreOp PACU FT Days will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, directing staff, orienting/training, and evaluating personnel. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to enforce policies, procedures, and standards of operation. The ideal candidate will possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school or a bachelor's degree in nursing, with a minimum of three years relevant clinical nursing experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master Degree.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides patient care according to designated standards and practices
* Assists in ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the appropriateness and effectiveness of patient care
* Establishes a mechanism to track customer service performance and takes corrective action to address any issues
* Participates in the development of annual budgets that reflect appropriate expenditures for personnel, supplies, and equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona
* CPR required
* ACLS as applicable by Facility/Department, PALS/NRP are required for certain clinical areas
* Minimum 3-5 years of Cardiovascular experience, to bedside care of Open heart patients in 2 EQ Nursery: minimum of three years Special Care (Level 2 EQ) Nursery experience including ventilators
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
