About the Role

Sunrun is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of solar installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple solar installation crews, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, conducting regular site inspections and providing feedback to crew members.
  • Crew Management: Organize and optimize crew structure and work schedule for highest productivity, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Training and Development: Lead and assist in the training of field construction staff, including safety, quality, customer service, efficiency, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Administrative Duties: Quickly and accurately handle required administrative duties, including training documentation, inspection documentation, project documentation completion, field purchase orders, and timecard data entry.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Certifications: Must have an Electrical Certification License.
  • Skills: Excellent people skills, able to manage, motivate, and discipline if necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; professional appearance and customer interaction.
