Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Randstad. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality control operations, including inspection and disposition of raw materials, revising documents to maintain compliance, and initiating supplier investigations.

This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of biotech manufacturing theories and processes, as well as knowledge of FDA and EMA regulations.

The salary for this position is $55-$65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for quality assurance, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing quality inspections and dispositions of raw materials
  • Revising documents to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Initiating supplier investigations and performing supplier quality metrics
  • Executing supplier quality documentation required for supplier qualification
  • Supporting departmental projects and participating in quality working teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Strong knowledge of biotech manufacturing theories and processes
  • Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
